Refund and Returns Policy

  • No Returns: Our products are made on demand therefore, Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or other personal reasons
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Claims for defects or damages must be submitted within 4 weeks (28 days) of receiving the product, accompanied by photos of the issue.
  • Lost in Mail: If tracking shows a package was delivered but the recipient did not receive it, ohlord is not responsible for reshipment.
  • Incorrect Address: If an address is incorrect or deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned, and a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.
